Using ml-cart with Dialogflow CX to recommend something good
In my last article, I wrote about how chatbots can go one step further by using a decision tree to give a good recommendation when a user asks for a bit of advice. Technically, this refers to fulfilling an intent by using the entity values in an utterance as input into a decision tree model for prediction.
